At 1 1/2 years Maile Ogata was given a prescription for glasses and patch therapy after her palate surgery. She wasn't speaking yet. A Pediatric Neurologist from Standford suspected she may have cognitive delays due to "agenesis of the corpus callosum". Her mother Cindy Ogata searched for possible solutions. A year after she started doing brain gym movements with Maile, vision, speech, cognitive abilities came within norm and we managed to graduated Maile out of the special education system by kindergarten. Join us for a mini training on movements that may help switch on the brain for reading, writing, speaking and focus. Bring a bottle of water and dress ready to move. Cindy has current license as a secondary science teacher, school counselor, massage therapist and brain gym consultant.
